ISB PGP Fees 2027-28: Tuition, Accommodation and Total Cost
The Indian School of Business is home to one of the most sought after one-year Post Graduate Programme in Management. However, before enrolling, one must check what it costs to be a part of the program, since that is a major factor in deciding whether or not it is suitable for you.
Apart from tuition and accommodation charges, students must account for the admission fee, commitment fee, GST, security deposit, hospitalisation insurance and other living expenses.
ISB PGP Total Fees for 2027-28
According to the official ISB PGP fee structure for 2027-28, the grand total payable under the single-instalment option is:

These totals include the admission fee, commitment fee, tuition fee, accommodation charges, applicable GST and a refundable security deposit of ₹20,000.

Shared vs Studio Accommodation at ISB: Fees Breakdown
ISB offers shared and studio accommodation options for PGP students. The tuition fee remains the same under both options, but the accommodation fee and applicable GST differ.

The studio accommodation fee is ₹3,02,000 higher than the shared accommodation fee. However, the difference between the two official grand totals is ₹3,98,480 because GST also applies to studio accommodation, but it doesn’t apply to shared accommodation.

ISB PGP Instalment Options
Students have the option of paying the tuition, accommodation, security deposit and hospitalisation insurance fees in one or two instalments. The admission and commitment fees are listed separately and must be paid according to the respective dates mentioned in the offer letter.
Students choosing the two-instalment option must pay 6% interest on the second instalment. The two instalments hence, may or may not be equal.
The grand totals of ₹40,46,520 and ₹44,45,000 apply only when the fees are paid in entirety in a single instalment.
Late Payment Charges
ISB may accept delayed payments made between 14 March and 12 April 2027, subject to approval. A late-payment fee of ₹10,000 plus applicable taxes will be charged in such cases.
Security Deposit and Hospitalisation Insurance
Refundable security deposit
Every student must pay an interest-free security deposit of ₹20,000, irrespective of the accommodation option selected. The deposit is refundable at the end of the academic year after any applicable recoveries or deductions.
Hospitalisation insurance
The hospitalisation insurance premium is payable separately at actuals. The amount is calculated using ISB’s insurance premium calculator and must be paid along with the programme fees. The insurance premium is not included in the official grand total.
Additional Living Expenses for ISB PGP Students
In addition to the official programme fees, students should budget for academic and living expenses. ISB provides the following indicative estimates:

Students participating in an international exchange must separately pay for expenses such as:

- Travel
- Lodging
- Boarding
These expenses are not included in the official programme-fee total or the indicative additional-expense estimate.
ISB PGP Fees 2027-28: Final Cost Summary
A student choosing shared accommodation must pay an official grand total of ₹40,46,520, while a student choosing studio accommodation must pay ₹44,45,000 under the single-instalment option.
After including ISB’s indicative additional expenses of ₹2,25,000, the estimated budgets are:
