The applicants to get admission in IIM Kozhikode Executive MBA 2025 must meet the following criteria:
Educational qualification: A bachelor's degree* or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate marks or
equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST, PWD Candidates).
Work experience :Applicants with at least three years of experience at the time of application must provide an experience certificate from their current employer, dated after their application submission.

Applications are Shortlisted based on the Eligibility Criteria:The applicants are shortlisted for the selection process based on the information provided in the online application form and supporting documents uploaded. The applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for stage 2.
EMAT ( Executive Management Admission Test) : During this selection process, candidates take an Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT), followed by a personal interview.
