The Selection process at MDI is divided into two stages.
Stage 1 – In the first stage, candidates are shortlisted based on their GMAT score for the interviews.
Stage 2 – The second stage is where the college selects based on the Personal Interview (PI). A Final Score is calculated for the final selection. The score of each candidate is calculated (usually out of 100) based on specific parameters, and the final selection list will be generated.

1. CAT Percentile
2. Personal Interview
3. Application score (includes X, XII, Academic Diversity, Gender Diversity and Work Experience)
Admission/selection criteria at MDI
Admission to MDI Gurgaon PGP Programmes is carried out in two stages.
Stage 1
In stage 1, candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI).
The shortlisting of candidates for WAT-GD-PI is based on GMAT percentiles, including sectional cut-offs. The minimum GMAT cut-off percentile is decided based on the number of candidates to be shortlisted. The number of candidates to be shortlisted is selected as per the admission policy of MDI Gurgaon.
Stage 2: Final selection
In stage 2, the final selection is based on the candidate’s GMAT score, Application score and Personal Interview (PI).
