Expression 1 : $$5x - 2$$ > $$3x - 4$$

=> $$5x - 3x$$ > $$2 - 4$$

=> $$2x$$ > $$-2$$

Expression 2 : $$3x + 4(1 - x)$$ > $$5x - 2$$

=> $$-x + 4$$ > $$5x - 2$$

=> $$5x + x$$ < $$4 + 2$$

=> $$6x$$ < $$6$$

=> $$x$$ < $$1$$ ------(ii)

Combining inequalities (i) and (ii), we get : $$-1$$ < $$x$$ < $$1$$

Thus, only value that $$x$$ can take = 0

=> Ans - (C)

Expression 1 : 4 + 3x ≤ 6 + x

=> $$3x - x \leq 6 - 4$$ => $$2x \leq 2$$
