MBA Admission Process at HEC, Paris<\/h2>\n

The admission process at HEC, Paris, adopted six stages in the selection process. This is a five-week application process. The stages in the selection process are given below.

  1. Connect with HEC Recruitment Team: <\/strong>Before starting the application process, you can be able to connect with the HEC Recruitment team. You have to fill out the connect with us<\/a><\/strong> form on the official website of HEC Paris. Filling it out takes about 5 minutes and you have the option of attaching your CV. In the following days, you will receive personalized feedback and next steps from your region’s Marketing & Recruitment Manager. The information you enter will not affect your formal application, so don’t worry if you have not yet taken a GMAT\/GRE: the “connect with us” form is only a first step to help you on your MBA journey.<\/li>\n
  2. Application Submission: <\/strong>On the official website of HEC Paris there will be an MBA Application Portal<\/strong><\/a>, here you have to create an account to manage your application at any time before submitting the application. An auto-save system is in place so that you can manage and edit your application at your own pace. Please ensure that your application is complete by checking the Application Checklist<\/a> before submitting it.<\/li>\n
  3. Pre-Selection Jury: <\/strong>The Admission board of HEC Paris will meet for a Pre-Selection Jury after they receive the applications. They will examine all the applications in detail. During the Pre-Selection Jury, they will consider all of the formal aspects of your application like your educational background, your professional experience and your international exposure, as well as your essays and recommendation letters.<\/li>\n
  4. Two Interviews with HEC Paris MBA Alumni: <\/strong>There will be two interviews after you got selected in Pre-Selection Jury. Both interviews have equal weight in the decision-making process. Each one consists of a 10-minute oral presentation on the topic of your choice, followed by an in-depth discussion concerning your application. The interviews usually take place in the two weeks leading up to the final Admissions Jury, so plan to make yourself available during that period.<\/li>\n
  5. Admission Jury & Official Notification of Admissions: <\/strong><\/strong>Once the interviews have been completed, the Admissions Jury will then review your application. The Admissions Juries include representatives of the French Ministry of Education, HEC Paris Alumni and members of the HEC Paris Faculty, as well as the Dean of the HEC Paris MBA. Each member of the jury will fully review your application, including your essays, your letters of recommendation and the notes taken by the interviewers. Hours after an Admissions Jury is held, a member of the Admissions team will notify you of your acceptance into the program. There are 12 Admissions Juries held during the year.<\/li>\n
  6. Scholarship Decision:<\/strong> During the application process, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for scholarships. Your Admissions Officer will help guide you through the process. HEC Paris is able to offer the students over \u20ac1,000,000 in aid every year.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
