In this process of selection, the following factors are considered.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Consistency of academic record<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Work experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Versatility and achievements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Score in the entrance exams like GMAT<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Here the score in entrance exams is mainly considered for the selection process, and a score of 700 in GMAT is the <strong>safe score<\/strong> for the applicants shortlisted in the second group, i.e. <strong>profile cum score group<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">(The score range of the GMAT is from 200 to 800. There is no passing score in this GMAT exam. Every college has its minimum qualifying score to shortlist the applicants.)<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Required Work Experience for SPJIMR Selection Process:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Work experience is not mandatory in this program. The freshers and those with less than five years of work experience can apply to this program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Relevant work experience after graduation will be considered. Internship, training, project<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">work that was part of the curriculum will not be considered work experience. Also, even the apprenticeship in which are unpaid work was undertaken in any organization will not be considered work experience. Proof of work experiences such as offer letter, salary slips and the experience letter will have to be provided.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Required Academic Backgroud In SPJIMR Selection Process:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Applicants must be required consistent academic background. Performance in 10th<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Grade, 12th grade and every year of graduation are considered in the selection process.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Graduation:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Applicants must hold a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by any university incorporated by an Act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Extra-curriculars and Achievement:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Extracurricular activities will also <strong>play an essential role during the selection process<\/strong> in SPJIMR.
